Do you need support with your learning and/or social skills? Are you over 18?
Would you like to learn more about your options for work and study, while developing the skills you need to participate in your local community? Then the Certificate 1 in Transition Education may be the course for you.
You will develop a range of skills to help you plan your next steps and prepare you for community activities, voluntary work, employment, or further study. It is a great environment to develop your independence, decision making skills and self-confidence.
This course is run by Life Skills Victoria Inc at different locations across Victoria, in small classes so that we can best focus on student needs. While the course is predominantly delivered in the classroom, there are a number of activities and excursions that take place in the community.
Students will be issued with a Certificate at the successful completion of the course, or a Statement of Attainment for successful completion of individual units.
